As well being able to command, it requires that a leader has vision, a sense of purpose, know how to bring out the best in others and to be authentic, empathetic and open as situations require. We also tailor our programmes so we can be there for our clients when they require our services, this can be as often or as little as they want; and it may be in different formats too. Sometimes, they may require a one hour face to face meeting and another time they may require us to to attend a meeting or presentation to give them feedback.
